Erika Heesen

Erika Heesen is a mom of two little ones. Her other job is as a CEO/Chief Librarian of the Perth & District Library. In addition to sitting on the RLELC board of directors, Erika also volunteers with the Ontario Library Association.

She holds a Masters in Information Studies from the University of Toronto and an honours of bachelor degree from Carleton University. Erika is passionate about data analysis, policy writing and public librarires. She loves reading, swimming and sailing and is happily introducing her kids to all three.

She lives between Elgin and Morton with her husband and two children.
